Lisa! I just had a class today on hypnobirthing and I really think you should look into it. It shortens the labor time to an average of 3 hours and just teaches you how to manage the pain rather than avoid it and fight through it. It's not real hypnosis, it's just focusing and relaxing. I know I sound crazy, but I'm gonna go to a class just to see what the classes are like (and because I have to go to a prenatal class for school and this one sounds like it has concepts I would use personally). No announcements everyone, I'm just planning ahead.

I actually was planning on taking hypnobirthing with Kirtlan but we moved to Salt Lake and I had trouble finding someone I trusted.
Out of curiosity, who's teaching it?

Although I'm sure it's a ton of fun to grin and bare it I can't find a class for hypnobirthing out here for under $200. I looked for something on it at the library, but no luck there.
